Tales Of An Ironman Athlete Training And Racing In Paradise.
Wow! That's freaking impressive. Nicely done. You rock!I hope that you can make me to be able to do that one day :)
AWESOME! Ha! I wrote this long blog response to your swimming post but it did not post? BLAH! I was laughing b/c it is so true -- but we are so buried in cycling and running fatigue that the swim seems and feels awful - I felt that way at the STATE swim meet - just imagine if we ONLY swam! LOL
Holy Moly. Why don't you up the challenge and dog paddle the swim then rock past them all with that type of bike split???
Holy cow! You are a machine. Nice work.
This is truly amazing Michelle, but it does not surprise me. You work hard, and this is a result of that. Your swimming is still there, it does not go away for you, given your swimming background. I am so excited for your IM!
That is pretty awesome. Wow!
Nice! No more complaining from you! ;)
Nice work. And who really needs the swim?
Damn impressive my friend:)
wow I can say for sure I will never be able to do that! great job!
WOW!!! good WORK!!
