I'm a runner, but I love reading triathlon blogs. And I think your random training musings are very interesting! I definitely agree with the easy base stuff being the most important for me, I'm naturally more of a fast twitch athlete so I enjoy the shorter faster sessions a lot... But the longer aerobic stuff is where I get the most benefit!<br /><br />Have you ever read Run: The Mind Body Method of Running by Feel?
