Based upon your triathlon results this year, I think your coach knows what he is doing to get your ready for your big day. And that silly half mary was not your big day, so don't sweat that race even for a second. Also, I can't help but think of how you blasted yourself last weekend. Give those legs some rest, shed the fatigue, and in 4 weeks so those legs will be ready to run.Rebecca DeWirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02415966459988763348noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1403432524962865970.post-79515097485759186222011-09-12T05:23:19.381-10:002011-09-12T05:23:19.381-10:00If only I could give you some of my running speed ...If only I could give you some of my running speed in exchange for your swimming speed:)

As you always say, running a stand-alone HM (or marathon) is different from running one in a triathlon race, so this HM race probably does not really matter. What matters is your running off bike.mmmonykahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09703551248084847150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1403432524962865970.post-9704512370681157132011-09-12T04:27:07.683-10:002011-09-12T04:27:07.683-10:00I have complete faith BSC is gonna show up JUST in...I have complete faith BSC is gonna show up JUST in time!!! Even now when I am training for a marathon and do speedwork, I know I would not PR in the HM bc I have not done any HM specific work.Ana-Maria RunTriLivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06277465990759801560noreply@blogger.com
